At this meeting, you’ll be selecting finishes, options and upgrades. A professional BELLOCORP consultant will guide you through this process to help you achieve your design vision.
From time to time, you’ll receive updates on the progress of construction so you can be part of this exciting process as your condominium takes shape.
The topping off ceremony marks the completion of the building structure with the placing of the roof.
Your PDI, as it’s colloquially referred to, happens when your condominium is almost completed. A BELLOCORP representative will take you on a comprehensive walkthrough of your suite and make note of anything that needs fixing. Your representative will also review all the mechanicals including heating and cooling systems and appliances in your home to make sure you understand how everything works.
This is when your condominium is ready for occupancy and you receive your keys. Most of the work here will be taken care of by your lawyer
This is when you officially take title of your property. The final closing happens about 4 to 6 weeks after the condominium is registered. If you have questions about any of these major events, simply send us an email and your dedicated BELLOCORP Purchaser liaison will respond by the next business day.
You can schedule your move-in on your interim closing date, or a day or two later at your convenience. It’s entirely up to you. Your personal Purchaser liaison will advise you on your move-in prior to the big day.
