The Design Studio experience is immersive, so you’ll be able to see what styles and finishes actually look and feel like. Our friendly, knowledgeable Design Studio Consultants will always be on-hand to offer assistance and guide you. Before scheduling a personalized session, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with Mattamy’s stylish design offerings by visiting our professionally decorated model homes and the Design Studio during open house hours.
We encourage you to visit the Design Studio before your appointment to get familiar with all available options. Our team will give you a tour and answer your general questions. Visit us during open house hours as many times as you need! Doing so will help you feel confident in the design choices you make at your design appointment.
Your Design Studio Consultant will be in touch with you to schedule your design appointment. Given all the moving parts and people involved in home construction, it’s very important to keep your scheduled appointment date to avoid delays elsewhere. If you’re purchasing built-in or special-ordered appliances for your kitchen that require changes to the standard size openings, we’ll need those specs at your first design studio appointment.
After your design appointment is complete, we’ll provide you with a copy of your ‘Agreement for Optional Extras’. You then have a ‘7 day confirmation period’ to review and make sure you’re satisfied with your design decisions. After the 7 days confirmation period ends, we will not be able to make changes to your order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac and cheque. When you spend $1000 and up, you may add the design cost to your home’s purchase price and pay just 35% of the cost upfront. You may also divide the 35% payment into 3 installments: the 1st is due at your design appointment; the 2nd and 3rd payable by post-dated cheque. The final payment is due 4 months prior to closing. Please bring your cheque book along if you’d like to take advantage of this great payment option.
